I bought a spare pilot Scarlett today to make this. Obviously it's a no-brainer custom, all I have to do is paint the hair and eyebrows. I'll have to get a rifle and headset secondhand but that's minor. There's a hole in the chest, I cut a small blue pouch out of the flight harness and glued it over thehole.
