I keep running into vehicle parts I'd like to paint dark grey. My fav, Krylon Fusion, doesn't seem to come in grey (or at least not at the stores), so I'm stuck for a paint that sticks well to plastic. Everything else on the shelf, including primer, seems oriented for non-plastics (metal, etc). Any suggestions? Would primer stick like I'm expecting?

I used Krylon Fusion gray primer for this. I dunno if that's lighter than you want, but I had no problem at all finding the paint at Walmart and other stores.

I used the Wally World version of primer on a Sharc 9000 and it adhered pretty well.

Thanks for the comments; I'll look for that grey Fusion primer.

Now for a related question: there are some nice looking colors/textures in other lines, Rustoleum I think. Would they stick okay to plastic? Or maybe with a primer? Anyone try a paint other than Krylon Fusion?

I've used Rustoleum before, and it's worked just fine. Just the normal stuff, though. I don't know about the different textured ones.
