First, I'm looking for different Jet Pack designs. I've googled as much as a I can google but can't find a good sci fi or retro sci fi place for good jet pack designs. What I've got so far unintentionally looks like Boba Fett's and I'd like to see what other details I can add or colors that might work. Even if all you know of is one pic I'd appreciate it. Second, I could have sworn someone did a repaint of Payload v.1 but in his red, white, and blue colors. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please show me where. I thought it was Matthew or Grand Slam but apparently it wasn't. |

What about the CORPS! Cybor Trooper's jet pack? I even have a mold I made of his jet pack. I think I left one in the custom stuff laid out at the con. It wasn't a perfect cast but it would be a nice base to work off of. Here's all I can find for a picture: http://phryz.com/the-corps/figures/the- ... 119517ce15 http://www.ebay.ie/itm/CORPS-CYBOR-TROO ... 564ab5bc1e |

I'm not actually looking for a jet pack, just different designs so I can merge the best ideas together. |

Yeah... Haha, I know. The base of that pack is pretty neat. That's why I had made a cast cause it's a good pack to build off of or use as is. |

Any specific genre you're going for? Might help if you can share some of the pics you've culled so far. |

No particular style, however sice it needs to be 2 1/2 inches long I'm leaning towards Star Brigade big or retro sci fi rocket pack long and sleek. |

Can you post what you found already? Might also help so we're not posting stuff you already know about. |

odd but relevant questions: * Is it a primary use jet pack or an escape tool? * In atmospheric conditions or non? * The user..."ninja" or "roadblock" (moderate weight or linebacker)? |

You've probably done it, but have you tried "rocket pack" in Google? Quite some different results there. "Jump pack" shows some versions from Warhammer 40K. |

I just realized I never posted the WIP. I have a few ideas to add wings, tech detail, and directional thrusters on the sides. Attachment: I also realized I was thinking about Grand Slam's Countdown custom. http://www.joecustoms.com/customs/custo ... 21&id=2368 |

I think that some of those Iron Man "arm cannons" make good bases for jet packs. http://www.entertainmentearth.com/prodi ... CT-6Z9Yvv0 If you have to include giant spring-loaded accessories I think those are some of the best, the have the best potential to be other things. |
