Based very much on Lance Sputnik's Mindbender POW



I've been thinking it'd be fun to cast up a set of "universal" parts that could be used to LBC any figure into prison togs.


My initial list is:

Torso: '85 Shipwreck
Crotch: Ripper
Left Thigh: Cutter
Right Thigh: '85 Shipwreck
Feet: Tunnel Rat

For Short sleeves, I think Chuckles' upper arms would work.

I'm drawing a bit of a blank on options for Long sleeves... something that would look like this:



I've not tried fitting any parts so alternate parts may be needed to swap in or out.
any thoughts or suggestions?

People always go straight to Tunnel Rat... I think Doc's lower legs are a better look. Less flared, and less dressy looking shoes.

How to Doc's feet meet up with other thighs, though? his legs always strike me as being extra skinny


Quick Kick's legs could be an option...but I think they'd require something additional...like ankle cuffs.

For long sleeves, you can go with cuff flipped up, Doc/Duke. All the other long sleeves I can think of either have bicep pockets, or elastic wrists, like 86 Hawk

Or... Headman!

I use Doc legs all the time. Unless you're popping super bulky like Big Boa thighs, they mesh right up with the thighs you're talking about. I think I did the exact combo on my Star Brigade GP Mulder

Some other options for parts.

Arms: Long Arm add flesh wrists, JvC Headman, Action Sailor
Thighs: Headman, Nitro Viper, Action Sailor
Crotch: Alley Viper v.1 with blue removed, Windmill
Feet: Cross Country v.2, Flak Viper

Just trying out some parts combos.

I don't think I like Docs feet...they feel too small.

but I do like the CC v1/Shipwreck thigh combo..as I think they're a better match than Cutter/ Shipwreck.

Anybody any good at using Photoshop to Replace colors care to give these parts uniform colors?

I'd looked up your recipe for that figure when I was putting together my list...Seeing it on toycutter reminded me of it.

It's funny, but Tunnel Rat's lower legs are a little bit longer than the other lowers I have pictured.

Quick Kick Lower Legs w/ Boots from Hit N Run...


Just need to fill a couple gaps where the boots meet the pants, then I'll be ready for disassembly and adding yet another project to the casting queue...

This might be too obvious, but do you want prisoners wearing belts?

That just screams contraband weapon to me...

I agree with this. I know you were set, but here's a few more considerations to avoid having a belt. Use a Tracker waist but sand off the string to use as a one piece jumpsuit. Of if you want a two piece uniform use Duke v4's waist.
