Anyone have any experience putting modern-era Joe arms on modern t-crotch CORPS figures torsos?

Hardest screen name to real life match-up on the board.

I tried one time, but the stylized look of The Corps! figures vs the Joes made it look weird.

I saved a few thinking I would mod them all the way to even have the chest joint, to better fit in. But I have too many easy customs to do before I try that "LASER BLAST".
