Post subject: Complete n00b question about 25th style customizing

Seriously.....I am all thumbs when it comes to customizing and my experience is limited to the "boil n' pop" method for SW figures.

But how in the heck do you guys replace the arms on 25th Anniversary style Joes?

I can't seem to make any headway without obliterating the arms in the process. And the shoulder joints always seem about as pliable as the Rock of Gibraltar.

Any tutorials or guidance out there I should seek out?

THANKS!
