I have more or less completed a RAH custom of the Sigma Six Lt. Stone, but need to figure out how to make an eyepatch.

So what ways can make one?

Best way at this scale is to sculpt it. A little dab of Apoxie Fixit Sculpt or green stuff shaped on the eye and then a tiny strand around the head for the strap, let it cure, paint and you're all set. If you need specific help on how to do this just ask or you can check the JoeWiki for tutorials.

MS is half right. Sculpt the patch, yes (though a cut down piece of electrical tape glued in place can work too), but DON'T sculpt the strap. Looks way out of proportion. Use black thread, with a fine amount of glue to set it into place (and use the glue mostly on the hair portion and at the patch; use as little as possible on the skin of the figure

If you want to a removable patch, use one of them small black latex bands for ponytails, and fold a piece of paper over it and trim to eye patch shape and paint black. Careful use of a fresh x-acto can get the latex band cut in half so it's not so wide.

MU X-23's belt works also for a removable eyepatch.

Sculpting is the direction I'd go. I used green stuff on this guy's eyepatch.
