I've got a Batman Returns Multiverse Catwoman with some, but she's a little rare for the project I'm wanting these for. Trying to think if there's another figure with similar boots that goes for a little cheaper.

I've seen a lot of witchblade? and another kabuki assassin type line on ebay for under $10. both were larger scale, but you could swap feet and trim above the knee until it looks good.

I've also seen some baroness legs that were painted flesh at the hips that gave the look of long boots.

I hadn't thought of looking at out of scale figures, good idea. I ordered an old Catwoman off ebay, we'll see if I can make those boots work.

Is Agent Annika available cheaper than $25, I feel like I must not be looking for it in the right places.

That's actually a different version, her boots don't have laces like the Tim Burton movie version, I appreciate the help though!
