i have one set aside for hannibal lecter that might be pretty close. i can try to find it but it is off body so might not help. iirc it was SW and had the neck set up like an older modern figure.

there is a SW guy that wears a big goofy scoop helmet, vest (orange and black versions) that has a goofy look to him too.

all the older ww2 vietnam, and modern era army sets that had that weird articulation had some decent heads. bad paint but nice details. i cant remember the lines ,but not chap mei or PTE. bbi or blue box maybe?
