I used Bilbo Baggins for Kit Cloudkicker and a Casey Jones Mega Construx with a Spy Kids head for Molly Cunningham. Both have GI Joe style articulation

Any Mask figure w/o facial hair. Some of the Transformers Human Alliance figures. If you stretch it, you could use some of the CoD Megabloks figures. |

Oh yeah! Spy Kids has some interesting fodder, articulation is random but there are good sculpts to be found! Good call. Also, great Tale Spin kids! |

At 2.5 inches some of the Age of Ultron figures may work as kids, especially the Scarlet Witch one. |
