...40% me thinking about what I want to do
30% me messing up what I want to do
20% doing something else instead
5% actually customizing
4% making sure everything stays put during the photoshoot without any animal hairs
1% photo editing and wishing I would have angled a head or arm just a smidge more

This is also what I do while waiting for parts to arrive for the next custom.

...getting down on all fours to scan the carpet for a tiny piece of plastic that cost you $3 and you'll be damned if it gets sucked up in the vacuum because $3 was a really good price.

Getting an idea. Digging through fodder. Piecing together. And then walking away for a year.

Or two.

i read this and went right over my head. so decided to google it lol i totally forgot about sid. i even painted him in a mural in my highschool art room. i had to choose a "disney" character. it was a brand new movie then and i had never seen it. i just picked the creepy kid in a skull t from a magazine article in the library. i have seen the newer toy stories more than that first one, and now i want to check it out.

another side note the internet seems to think sid is andy.

Andy played with his toys as "intended".

This is how Sid played with his:
