I've used ink pen springs, tiny needle nose pliers, and lots of patience.
Straighten the spring and then shape one lens frame about an inch from the end of the spring. Next duplicate that effort right beside it, do not leave room for a nose bridge, it will take shape as you form the second lens frame. Don't worry if its not perfectly flat, just use your pliers and grip both lens frames to set them on the same plane. Finally bend both earpieces back to fit the head and trim to length.

Now, to be fair, I've only used this technique twice on Baroness but it its possible.

I’ve made them using clear blister packaging. Cut out the shape, bend, and then paint the edges. There’s been a few 1:18 scale glasses released over the years. Dr. Jones Sr, Spylounge, Resolute Baroness, and ROC Baroness all work well. I think Jurassic Park also had a figure with glasses recently.

That head is a cast of a SW Luke I think. No idea which one. I think I have a factory head like it, but got it loose iirc

I've used my leather puncher to imprint the circles on action figure blister, then trimmed them with frames from the surrounding area. Works for square too, by reshaping the hole punch with some jeweler's pliers.
