Anyone here able to make molds/casts of 28mm metal figures?

I know there are customizers here who custom-cast action figure parts, like 1:18 heads and weapons and stuff. I have a on old, out-of production miniature figure in 28mm scale (1:56, like D&D and Warhammer use) that I'd love to get molded and casted. I want a buncha copies of the little guy, cast in plastic, so I can customize them and make a squad of unique soldiers.

Anybody here able/willing to do that? Or do you know someone you can recommend? Obviously I'm willing to pay.
