I've used ink pen springs, tiny needle nose pliers, and lots of patience.
Straighten the spring and then shape one lens frame about an inch from the end of the spring. Next duplicate that effort right beside it, do not leave room for a nose bridge, it will take shape as you form the second lens frame. Don't worry if its not perfectly flat, just use your pliers and grip both lens frames to set them on the same plane. Finally bend both earpieces back to fit the head and trim to length.
Now, to be fair, I've only used this technique twice on Baroness but it its possible.

Damn. That's impressive. You may have more patience than I.

I’ve made them using clear blister packaging. Cut out the shape, bend, and then paint the edges. There’s been a few 1:18 scale glasses released over the years. Dr. Jones Sr, Spylounge, Resolute Baroness, and ROC Baroness all work well. I think Jurassic Park also had a figure with glasses recently.
Oh, wow. Hadn't seen all of these. hay have to see what I can dig up.

I've seen these on ebay and always wondered about them. Napoleon there doesn't look half bad!
Thanks everybody! This gives me a lot to experiment with.
