Forum rules

  • For any member of the site, click the "Feedback" button at the bottom of any PM or post they have made or find the "Feedback / Brawlingness" link within their board profile.
  • For any non-member, you may find a thread for feedback about them within this forum. The thread title will be their name followed by "feedback." An example would be "SuperCoolJoeFan's feedback".
  • Whenever you complete a trade with a non-member, reply to their thread.
  • If the non-member does not have a thread, you can create one for them using the above mentioned thread naming scheme.
  • The feedback threads are for both good and not so good experiences. Please, try to work out issues with a trader partner before posting. Remember that users have lives outside of this board and my not be able to respond to PM's on a daily basis. You can use this forum for these purposes as well if you feel the user has been non-responsive.

If you do: I'm sorry.

This guy is an old school rip-off artist that I learned about too late. He has my money now and I just wonder if anyone here has been his victim lately and/or has a working phone number for him.

I moved this to the appropriate forum for trader feedback and changed the title to comply with the board's trader feedback rules.

I recommend elaborating a bit on the assertion that he's a rip-off artist if you want this thread to be useful.

I don't recommend using the board as a means to gather personal information about someone for purposes of harrassment. Not saying that's the intent here...just cautioning against it for anyone who's reading.

Sorry Spin, but I did genuinely want to know if anyone else here knew him, rather than use the forum you moved this to to share my specific issue. That, and there isn't exactly a "trade" involved: just a purchase.

What more can I say than: I sent him money, he clammed up and hasn't sent me the item I purchased?

It's my expectation that, in a community as large as Joe Customs, someone else here has been burned by him.

Any reaction to a deal, be it for cash or merchandise, belongs in this forum. The forum where you originally posted is for listing what you have to sell or trade, or for listing items you're looking to buy or trade for. Think of them as the pre-deal and post-deal areas and it might be easier to determine the right place for a certain type of post.
