Well, heres the story, I used the BIN option on this auction

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... TQ:CA:1123

And, a month passed, and still nothing, so I exchanged emails with the seller. He said that several people never got their packages during his last trip to the post office. So, he promised to send a replacement package of 5 snow serpents, which would take up to another month (coming from Canada) Still nothing, he stalled me with waiting for the replacement package until I was unable to file complaints against him, or even leave feedback. So, while he has 100% feedback now, he still ripped me off for $31 bucks. Bid at your own risk.

edit* I did report it to ebay as not received and all that.

Packages can take up to 2 months from Canada to the U.S. if they get held up at customs.

Why didn't you pay the extra $4.00 for tracking/insurance?

ANYTHING over $20.00 I pay the extra for.

There was no option for insurance, only a $15 xpresspost as apposed to $6 expidited. Ive never ordered anything from Canada before, so I've never dealt with waiting that long for a package. My package from China only took 2 weeks, so I didnt expect months from Canada.

Both Xpresspost and Xpedited include tracking and insurance options - the first $100.00 is included. So if he sent them one of those ways, he SHOULD have your tracking info.

I have the tracking info for every order that has ever been placed with my old site or ebay for the last 9 years. ...no clue why, really. But I have it, according to month, then alphabetized by last name.

It shouldn't take a genius to keep the tracking info for ebay dealings for at least 3 months to ensure nothing went wrong.

Contact him and ask him for the tracking info. See what he says.

And I've sent packaged from Hamilton,ON to Nova Scota before - at the same time shipping one to the UK - the UK one got there 3 days before the one to Nova Scotia.

It makes no sense.

I'm actually still waiting for a package from RedClaw... which I thought of been here by now, and he's in the U.S. - so it's just a U.S./Canada border thing, I'm sure of it.

That, or your ebay seller is a complete tool.

He hasn't responded to any messages since he promised he was sending a replacement (which he said "I will be sending this one with tracking this time) That's why I went ahead and posted here, I gave him such a long time that I cant file against him via paypal, nor even leave negative feedback. It's weird since he's been a member since 1999 with 100% feedback. I had previously figured it was just a small mistake, or US customs was making a dio story. But, finally my patients ran out.
