  • For any member of the site, click the "Feedback" button at the bottom of any PM or post they have made or find the "Feedback / Brawlingness" link within their board profile.
  • For any non-member, you may find a thread for feedback about them within this forum. The thread title will be their name followed by "feedback." An example would be "SuperCoolJoeFan's feedback".
  • Whenever you complete a trade with a non-member, reply to their thread.
  • If the non-member does not have a thread, you can create one for them using the above mentioned thread naming scheme.
  • The feedback threads are for both good and not so good experiences. Please, try to work out issues with a trader partner before posting. Remember that users have lives outside of this board and my not be able to respond to PM's on a daily basis. You can use this forum for these purposes as well if you feel the user has been non-responsive.

Back on Jun 11th of this year I recieved a PM from a newer member interested in most of my items in a trade thread. After a few PMs we worked out a trade, he would send his stuff first (being a new member with no posts or feedback) and I would send out me end after receiving his stuff.
Jul 18th I get a PM telling me the items he shipped were sent back to his Post Office due to improper customs papers, and that as soon as he gets the shipping refund he'll ship them back out.
Aug 16th was the last PM I've recieved from him saying that he would try to mail out the items by the next week.
Mon Dec 5th I sent him the following PM:
Quote:
Just checking to see how things are. I haven't heard from you in quite some time, so I thought I'd message you.

His last visit to the site was Oct 6th.

Today I sent him the following email:
Quote:
I'm sending this email to let you know I'm going to call off the trade.
It's been a few months since I've heard from you, and I feel I've waited a
little too long. I know you were having problems mailing out your part of
the trade and I fully understand that. I've acquired a few of the items you
were going to trade me, plus I've got more recent offers on a few of the
items I have. Perhaps in the future when everyhting gets sorted out we can
try another trade.

Thank you,
Chris Lloyd (Mukami)

I'm just wondering if there is anything else I should do or could have done better(besides the few spelling errors.)?

Edit: If this is in the wrong area, can it please be moved to where it needs to be.
