Hopefully this post can stay on topic. I just wanted to let everyone know that I received my order from Tofujesse yesterday. He threw in a few extra heads and apologized for the long wait via e-mail. Since I said I hadn't gotten my order yet in the previous posts, I thought it was only right to mention that he made good on the sale.

Thanks for the update ajaman. How long did you have to wait? I have an order from September that I am waiting on and haven't had any communications from him. Everyone says he'll come through so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. I just wish I could get some response back from him.

I ordered in the beginning of October, I believe. I commented on his Facebook fan page a few times to get in touch with him.

Has anyone heard anything more from Jesse? I ordered the first of November last year, and still nothing. I had messaged him several times and he asked what I ordered. I sent him a copy of my order invoice and have not heard back from him for a month, and he hasn't answered any other messages, even through Facebook. Payment cleared through PayPal same week as ordered.

What seemed to work for me was I continued to pester through Facebook. Commented on other people's posts when they asked where their stuff was and continued posting my own comments on the wall of his fan page until he actually sent my stuff.

After contacting Jesse several times through Facebook, I have received my complete order, and the items are great! Just wanted to update you guys in case you are still waiting. Try messaging him as emails didn't seem to get answered.

After monthly follow-ups since November I finally emailed him to say it was nice not doing business with him and got this response.

In other news, starwarsgeek shipped the same parts the same date I ordered. Now I can finally work on the projects I was waiting for the parts for.

Out of the last three emails I have sent (over a month ago), he responded to two of them saying, "I'll send that out tomorrow."

No package yet :(

I got my stuff yesterday.

Post office lost my original package in November. The tracking states it was entered and pending. It never got past that status. There were quite a few people in the same boat as I.
That is right around when he got sick. I am glad he is doing better.
He says he has sent everything out.

I am still waiting on my order from June 2012. Jesse has provided me a bogus tracking number that shows no movement from being printed - not even acceptance at the post office.

He refuses to refund me, and in my opinion,is either the most incompetent mailer in the United States - or a liar.

He does not even attempt to respond to anyone on Hisstank anymore, and even ignores his own customers on his own Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/pages/TofuJess ... 8590399657

He provides a few select people casts, who back him up publicly, and every now and then comes through on a 5 month old order for some.

Overall, my recommendation is to not patronize his business.

If you are, purchase not more than $10 worth and if it does not arrive after 45 days, open a dispute in Paypal and reverse the payment. If he provides you a tracking number and there is no movement on it before the 45 day period, reverse the payment.

Well, one order came today. One head was wrong, but there were extras. My order from one month earlier has not been sent.

I feel incredibly lucky that I got what I paid for, even if it took months. His post on Facebook and people defending him when people said they haven't received their orders was laughable at best. I wish everyone luck.
