What I got was a "Wolly Willy" magnetic child's toy.

Immediately after I ordered the seller began harassing me for payment. I made my payment and the seller began harassing me to leave feedback. All the while they didn't send me the right item.

Paypal says the guys name is:

Conrad Samuels

They use 2 addresses out of Lebanon, PA.

Yeah I've reported him, several times now. I took pics of the envelope he sent and the item that was in it compared to a Retaliation figure on card. Clearly it would never fit.
