Today's profile is the 2002 Alley Viper:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... viper.html

This guy is a staple of early 2000's army building. But, he has help up very well in the ensuing 15 years. (Yeah, this guy is 15 years old!)

Today's new profile is of the 2017 Sightline figure from Red Laser:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... tline.html

He's a nice looking figure that brings some new visual diversity to supplement figures from the early years. And, a huge thanks to Wowboy for his generosity with this figure.

Today's profile is the 1991 Eco Warriors Ozone figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... riors.html

I first knew this mold only as an astronaut. I later found the Eco Warriors original. The blue, yellow and green make for a very different looking figure who fits with his specialty.

Today's new profile is of the 1984 Clutch figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... river.html

As a kid, this was my only swivel arm Clutch available. But, he served well in my collection as a representation of the classic character.

My original Clutch lost his head in a weird racing accident (pushed down concrete steps in a Tonka racecar). Well, I guess technically he lost his head from a fatal kung fu kick later that night, but the stairs were the cause. The kick just finished the job. So his head was glued on.

Fast forward to the summer and my mom and sister run into some random store while we're on vacation to grab bathing suits and towels. There in the shoe section is the one and only VAMP mk2 and tan Clutch. There was no way I was leaving that store without it and luckily my mom was eager to get to the lake so on the register it went. Clutch and that VAMP were my go to toys for the next 3 months, even after we got back from vacation. Everything that came after that year was compared to that combo.

TL; DR - That figure and vehicle are very special to me.

I ran out of monsters for a Halloween profile. So, I'll go with a vehicle used by a villainous group using a spooky skull and crossbones as their logo. So, today's profile is the Red Shadows Shadowtrak:

Today's new profile is the 1994 Action Pilot:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... pilot.html

He looks like Sterling Archer but that's about all the figure offers. I wanted to like him but the mold just didn't deliver.

Today's new profile is of the 1997 Cobra Commander.

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... ander.html

Despite the mold appearing a bunch of times, this 1997 release is the only figure that featured a substantially different color scheme.

In honor of Thanksgiving, I'm profiling a turkey of a figure: the 2001 Zartan. He's really just terrible and it's embarrassing this figure was ever made:

Today's profile is the 2004 Tracker Kwinn figure. Collectors were enthused about the new comic packs when they first showed up. But, overproduction and the laziness of the designs set in and they quickly became clearance fodder.

New profiles are back. 2018 kicks off with the 2000 Chameleon figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... eleon.html

The new character is pretty bad. But, the figure is pretty good.

This week's new profile is of the Red Laser's Army Outlaw figure:

https://forgotten--figures.blogspot.com ... -show.html

My interest in the figure was for a lazy custom. But, I've found that the as is design is pretty solid, too.
