I just posted Chapter 99 of the long-running fanfic I've been writing over the last 10+ years. I probably should have written a lot more by now but it's something I take a break from time and again so it stays fresh for me. A couple of years back when Webs was bought out, I lost my website. I won't go into details but I was screwed. Since then I have found a new website host and have slowly been re-uploading my All That Remains story and characters. The good thing is I have been editing stuff and I've removed a few things. Overall I believe it's better now. So far I have 88 chapters up. Chapter 88 is a NEW chapter that I had never posted before. I've also added a lot of Dossiers (characters with pics and bios) in the Forum section. Navigation on that site is terrible. With the absence of a "next" button to take me to the next chapter, I have to hit the back button. That loads the page at around episode 70. Then I have to scroll for a few episodes, then wait for the next ones to load, then scroll, repeat until I get to the bottom to click on the next episode. I'm about a half dozen episodes in, really liking what I'm reading, but the navigation is such a chore to deal with that doing it nearly a hundred more times is overwhelming. |
