Our Cobra Convergence episode is up and we decided that we would mix in a bit of customizing this time, so I wanted to make sure I mention it here. We look at some Cobra Manga characters:

I really like the use of Psyche Out v3's radar dish as the shield here.

I think the Viper coloring works really well on Bomber Jack. I probably would have started with Zap v2's torso just to make things easier on myself, but it turned out pretty good.

Thanks to thinks vid, I now need to find copies (and maybe translations) of this manga series. I always love finding new international Joe Team members.

Thanks! Yeah, I was also thinking about using that Zap torso. Early on, I had actually copied those missiles. It is clearly a beyter sculpt than what I did, but I was happy to challenge myself and I feel like I did learn a bit with using greenstuff.....overusing it, even.

I would love to find the other issues. I only have 3 of the 6. The 3rd doesn't feature any new Cobras. The Weather Dominator made an appearance, though. I thought that was cool to find it used again back then.

Went to the magazine's website to see if they had any of them, but nada.

Ended up making a Tate Musashi in Heroforge (been a recent hobby of mine, just wish I could afford to print them). The one color pic I had found of him had his uniform be a green and brown camo version of Duke's but Heroforge doesn't do camo so...
