I've always loved the Army Men games. In fact playing the games several years back is what brought me back to collecting Joes as more that a casual collector. This is a custom I've been working on for quite some time. Finding the right parts that worked together was a problem. Finally after revising him numerous times, I was finally happy with this...Sarge!

Parts list...
Head: ST Duke
Torso, upper-arms, upper-legs: 25th Serpentor (torso and arms modded with Sculpey)
Lower-legs: 25th Duke
Helmet: Ultimate Soldier (I think)
Hands: Microman
Lower-arms: Sculpey
Gun and Belt: 25th and other misc.

Cool concept for a custom figure. The parts work great together. I cna't believe the amount of modding you did to that Serpentor torso to make it work for this.

I love this board for this exact reason: Outstanding custom offerings that are wholly original innovative and creative.

Sarge from Army Men
Super Articulated Wampas
Batman
and of course lots of Joe coolness.

Thanks, guys for the kudos. I'm hoping to continue the line. I kind of gives me a break from finding joes to make that haven't already been done. Hope to get Vicki and Col. Grimm going in the near future.

I can't believe this is the first time this has been done (that I've seen). You get major creative props for him. Me likey like.

Oh that's nice!

I'm surprised no one has done this before.

With the coloring it almost looks like a full-size replica standee like they have at movie theaters on in store displays. Maybe the JOEs went to see the ARMY MEN movie or went shopping at TRU?

I want this figure so bad I'm embarrassed to admit it.
I also want mortorman, grenade thrower, flame thrower and the dumb commander with the pistol.
So much coolness in this figure.

What color and brand did you use??
