I'm thinking those are the 1/35 Yellow sub ones. If that's the case, then no, they won't work. Way too small. Now, if those are the 1/20 Max Factory ones (which I don't think they are. Pretty sure MF only made the SAFS) they'd probably work pretty well, as would the 1/20 Wave kits. Only problem is that MA.K just doesn't fit in with anything other than World War II stuff.

One has to assume that the Japanese toy market is at least as mercurial as our own. Here's hoping that this is only a break until Bandai can figure out how best to continue it.

Meanwhile, I still need to put together some money for at least one of these sets.

Nah. The toys are LONG gone. Like, years ago. Those things are pretty hard to find now. The Wave kits are certainly available though.

That's not *entirely* true, Marasai. The Ma.K. stuff is still being produced, altho it's never been a very active line.

Here's HLJ's 1/20th stuff.

And there's the Falke fighter coming down the pipe, which I'm greatly interested in.

Ah, my mistake, the Max Factory ones were 1/16. They are long gone.

Got my boxset yesterday!
I've opened my boxes to see who I had and I've set up Nigo, V3 and Ixa (opened visor form). They look very sharp. I'll play more with them after work and I'll set up the others. Glad to have my The Next trio ready for action.

YES! Bandai proved me wrong! It wasn't the final wave! Seems they were indeed holding out until Christmas.
http://www.amiami.com/shop/ProductInfo/ ... _id/104060

Wave 6 gets a December release and I know I keep saying it about all of the waves, but this one is probably the best one yet!
We've got:
-Kiva Emperor Form
-IXA Rising Form
-Rider Blade(!)
-Kuuga Rising Mighty Form(!)
-Kuuga Rising Pegasus Form(!)
-and of course secret(Kuuga's black mighty form maybe?)

If we're getting Kuuga, that means my two favorite Heisei Riders Agito and Faiz can't be far behind.

Kuuga!!! Would've prefered the normal forms than the rising forms, but I'm very happy nonetheless. Kuuga is one of my favorites. Godai was so cool! We can only hop for the other forms in future waves.

Blade (Ok I already got the one that came before the MRS, but still that's cool). Maybe we'll get the other 3 riders in future waves.

Ixa and Kiva, cool to see them continue to produce riders from the current show.

The secret figure could be anybody because it seems that Bandai has heard the fans and the rider floodgates are opened!

Great news. Let's hope for Faiz, Agito and more for 2009!

This is really cool! Can't wait to see pictures.

I just noticed something. The blurb on Amiami's page for this assortment mentions painted weapons! No more blah weaponry if that's true. It'd also explain why the price is higher on this assortment than on the previous Rider waves.

Thanks for the heads up!
I placed my pre-order. No way I'm passing this wave.

Bring on the pictures!

How can you order them if you don't know what they look like ?
