  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

I had been wanting to make a Quarrel for some time, and for several months I had a Scarlett figure laying in pieces, unpainted. Then, about a month ago, I scored three Juno Eclipse figures on 75% clearance from target, and decided to do the Quarrel with Juno's head for something different. I them took the Scarlett head and put it on Juno's body, and now I have her sister, Ariel Eclipse.

Good paint job on the Scarlett body. Replacing the Scarlett head really sells the figure as being a different character, too. Nice work.

Agree, the head swap is simple but very effective. Sweet paint job on Quarrel. I don't think I'll ever get used to seing Star Wars and Indiana Jones figures as joes, but the Ariel is also a good custom.

Accessories will really sell these two figures. Quarrel came with a crossbow you know.
