This is pretty much everything I wanted to say - with a however.
However, the thing that made Rampart very cool for me as a kid was the big gun on his hip. While the figure is perfect, I kind of miss him being able to fire that huge gun one handed off his hip at oncoming aircraft.
(yeah, it wouldn't be very accurate, and it likely would have killed him...) - R
