My first dealing with Cobrarmy.com was rather so-so, unless they had something I specifically needed & couldn't find elsewhere, I probably wouldn't deal with them again. A personal nitpick, but it's incredibly time consuming to navigate the site. Pages & images take forever to load, not something I like in a good retailer.

But my main problem was the total lack of communication. I placed a large order for some unproduced Joes recently. Several days later, I recieved an automated email that my order had been delievered, however, there was no package to be found. Thinking that was awfully fast for the order to be delievered, I inquired if the delievery message was a mistake & if instead I should have gotten a shipped email. I recieved no response. About a week or so later, I sent another email explaining that I had gotten a delievered notice, but not a package and was again inquiring if they had any information on my order. And yet again, I never got a reply.

While I did finally recieve my package, I find Cobrarmy.com's behavior to be completely unprofessional. The order was over $250, that's not a small sum of money to me. The least that could've been done was a short email could've been fired off saying "we'll look into it." I got no response whatsoever. I would take it under serious consideration before I ever deal with this site again.

I've placed 3-4 orders from this site, and have purchased from him on eBay (suncubine or something).

I've never gotten any response, EVER. But I usually get my stuff within 4-6 weeks, and am always thrilled with the items. When I have communicated with him, its always been thru ebay and his english isn't very good. I also think the site is hosted in China or something cause it does take lotsa time to load.

Overall I think you'll be ok...it just takes a few weeks to arrive and itll be a small box wrapped in green paper.

I agree his communication is kind of poor, however the couple times there was a minor problem with my order he promptly replied and made it right very quickly.

I've ordered from him many, MANY times and have nothing bad to say about him. I've had very slight problems twice, but he made it right both times. But if you're a communication junkie he's probably not for you.
