I love seeing mega-projects completed. Great job all around. I can't believe you managed to still give it articulation.

Man, that is a thing of beauty.

But I've been watching so much Robot Chicken lately I keep expecting Devastator to kick you in the nads.

Awesome John! The "figure" (I think it is too involved to be called that, the word "figure "really doesn't do it justice) looks awesome and most of all your dedication to getting this done I think is what is most impressive to me.

Great work and great drive!
Dave

Im speechless. I can believe I missed this thread.

All I can add to all the Kudos is that deserves a place in a museum somewhere- it definately deserves to be on display.

Right now I have to say this is it for giant customs. I was offered $2500 for him on another board, but turned it down, 'cause I can't see myself even recreating him.
But it was a blast making something this large once.

8-O
Wow...for $2500, I'd have been tempted...but definitely would have regretted it later. Kudos on making the custom for the sake of making the custom.

This project justly exemplifies your remarkable innovation and willingness to push way beyond those perceived boundaries. I am sure that I am not alone in saying that you definitely deserve an award for outstanding achievement in customizing. This is literally head-and-shoulders above all else.

I have only recently viewed your first dio, “Dead End”. That, too, is terrific by the way, and I can’t wait to see your next endeavor.

Thanks for the awesome feedback.
HaH, I'm glad you got to check out Dead End. I've actually had one other done (Serpent Staff), but haven't had time to repost it.
Darko- Honestly, someone would have to come up with $5,000 for me to part with him. That amount would be hard to turn down. :-D

I passed this thread onto the fellows at Toyfare magizine, but I've yet to hear anything back from them. So this may not be their cup of tea.

Children as someone who has seen parts of this thing up close, I can easily say the pics do not do it justice. Only 3 dimensional perspective can really make you appreciate it.

5,000 would be a bargain IMHO.
