Here's one I've had on my to-do list for the past year and couldn't make up my mind on the parts. I finally worked up a combo, and the end results will show in the pics below. Sorry if the pics look a bit washed out, but the pics I took with the flash were even worse. I think you'll get the general idea though. As always, thanks for looking and feedback humbly appreciated!

Head: 25th Beachhead v.1
Body and upper arms: 25th Cobra Officer
Lower arms: SW McQ Han Solo modded
Upper legs: Comic pack SS (bare-chested one)
Lower legs: 25th Firefly modded
Bandolier: CP Duke modded
Sai: Funskool Budo
Helmet: Modded Cobra Air-Trooper
Gun: 25th C. Officer wrapped in plumber's tape

It looks great, and very close to the original figure.

The tape on the gun is a great idea. Maybe you could paint the gun and the sai, possibly silver.

Now you have the figure parts all selected, you could make another one and use some blue and add some more accessories and have a 25th version of the Operation Flaming M.O.T.H. Ice Viper.

Hmm, hadn't really thought of that one, but I like where you are going with this.

Looks good! The fur looks excellent and the parts all go well go well together. I wish the torso was a little bulkier for the cold, tho.

Love it. Whoever used that helmet first for an Ice Viper was genius.

That's a very cool interpretation.
Nice mix of parts.

Nice work.

It's obviously a tribute the original, but I think it would look even sharper with a grey/off white mask instead of a red one.

Still looks great, though!

Thanks for all the feedback. He was fun to make, aside from painting the white. I'm working on a Frostbite to be his adversary. I hope to have some wips in the next few days.

I think you captured the character really well. I could see that at retail.

Very clean custom, which is saying a TON given the painting in white. I like the choices you made for parts as well. Nothing to critique here at all.

That molded symbol looks a little rough, though I applaud you doing that sort of thing.

If it is removable without damaging the custom too much, I would recommend a red chestplate sticker from www.cobrastickers.com to replace it. It'll keep the smooth look of the rest of the custom.
