I'm still seeing the movie, and I really wasn't expecting a comic faithful Deadpool, but that?

I might have let it slide too, but the clown makeup and the fact that they sewed together he mouth of "The Merc With a Mouth" makes it a bit tough to swallow (and I realized the pun there just before I clicked submit, but I'll leave it lie). Still, the figure looks decent enough, he'll just never be Deadpool to me.

I'll wait for the movie to bash it. Look at the Sabertooth figure. That looks nothing like the guy in the movie and looks nothing like any version of the character I've seen, except possibly X-Men: Evolution.

I guess I could get the green stuff out and maybe give him a mohawk to make him into one of the Mad Max era 'noks but I just can't see using the figure as Deadpool even if he looks like that in the movie.

So at least he's got something that could be customized going for him I guess.

I kinda like the sewed up mouth and it's something they can "fix" down the line. I just see the lead of the Weapon X project going "And for the love of God, shut that idiot up."

Now, the Baraka arms? No thanks.

Are those sew together lips?
Or lips removed exposing his teeth?

I can't tell which it is, especially with them being a different color than his skin tone.

My thought too. I mean this could be Deadpool as inspired by a single scene in the movie, and it could also be a tool to explain his later personality flaws. Or...it could be deth of teh line? lol. I like it as a custom base either way, but I'll wait for the movie and for any other figures that may come out before judging this as a stand-alone.

I like this figure, it will be a must have in multiples, but i agree it aint Deadpool looking enough.
