"Joe the figure looks a ton better in the last set of pics, just from getting a better feel for the size of the hat. I recognized it as the Logan head, and you've definitely made it something better here."

Thanks I think it looks better this way too. Originally he was going to be a cowboy but he looked so much like Dizzy I thought why not

"The legs are inspired and really help give the GOW look. The armor and color schemes are well done, but the weapons choices, and the weapon pack on the back are inspired. What did you use/how did you make that backpack?"

Yeah that back pack was a real struggle to make, I sweated over that thing for hours. In the end I just did nothing and used the sculpt that the toy came with ;-) .
Seriously it already looks like that. I just added 2 pegs so I could anchor the guns to it. The Rifle is a joe gun, the shotgun is a Gundam gun and the battle rifle is from Marauder Inc.

But thanks for thinking I'm super talented at sculpting. ;-)

Man, that is cool! I missed seeing this before, because I'm not familiar with the source material, but dang, that is a cool looking custom

Well done!

for those who aren't familiar with GOW or GOW2's dizzy, here is a pic. Also give you a good idea of the bulky armor they have in the game.

I gotta say man, that looks awesome. You captured the bulky armor almost as perfect as you can get at this scale and the parts available.

Thank you Sirs and Tex thanks for the pic.
You can see that I was going for a simular but not exact look. I knew I couldn't get the exact look without a lot of modds and my daughter was happy with the parts so I only had to paint it. So I opted for easy.
I do wish I would have added a little more gear and I still may but the kids happy so I'm happy.

Thanks again for all the comments.
