Plenty of parking out back, yes there is a microwave, and the hall itself wiil hold 50-60 people. Round tables and chairs are supplied with a couple of rectangle ones there also.

I'll plan to bring a few figures...a guy, a gal, maybe a guy and gal Sigma, since it might be easier to see what's happening on a bigger figure. I'm sure it'll be nothing revolutionary and probably relatively unimpressive, but if it helps someone, I'll be happy.

Thanks for the itinerary...that's helpful in fostering my obsessive compulsive control freak nature... ..and I was proud of myself for resistig the temptation to ask for one. 7 pm dinner might be late for me to hang out for any length of time with traveling back the same day, but I can play that by ear. Depends on if I have traveling mates or not. It's nothing for me to travel a coupla hours both ways on a day trip and end up home late if I'm by myself.

My movie(s) shouldn't take long. They could be done in between other activities or whenever we think of things we want to shoot. You guys imput is going to very important too!

I just need everyone to bring one or two costumes.

Just thinking...this might be corny, but I always thought it'd be neat to round up all the corresponding toys for the end shot of the cartoon title sequence of the cartoon and snap a picture...you know when everyone's standing in front of the American flag with their Yo Joe! fists?

I looked up the Brewery's tour times on Saturdays, which are at 11 AM, Noon, and 1 PM. Although the idea of a field trip sounds pretty cool, I believe the purpose of the picnic is to bring JoeCustoms members together rather than split them up into expeditions... especially if we have attendees potentially traveling from as far away as Connecticut. These tours are also right in the middle of the day, rather than at the beginning or the end, which could disrupt our socializing. Even if everyone wanted to go on the tour, I think it defeats the purpose of booking a hall, a luxury that we have not had in previous meets. In addition, if we all go on the tour, do we really want to leave our stuff behind unattended?

I also thought that perhaps we could set up the field trip tour for Sunday, especially since a couple of us are staying overnight and others are local to the area. However, (but not surprising) there are no Yuengling tours on Sunday.

If anyone is remotely interested I'd be willing to bring stuff to show how I do eyes. I'm no expert, but a lot of people ask me how I do it and I've tried organizing a tutorial to post, but that's almost harder than actually painting the eyes!

I agree on all points . I should have been more specific, I was figuring on a Friday or Sunday excursion. I will be bringing the whole family in tow, so I'm just waiting for them to finish thier gameplan before I post up my whole weekend plan. There is talk of forgoing camping this year in favor of the amusement park, so as soon as they let me know I'll post up where I'll be all weekend. Saturday is pretty much blocked off for the joemeet, with a bit of traveltime before and after the meet.
