Okay this is a little late, but for those curious, my cousin who lives in China and works as a translator finally replied to my request to translate the two Chinese web-pages:

The caption for the original link was “something a friend sent me, I’ve never seen it before ...” Most of the comments below the post all praise the photo -- calling it “cool” or “handsome” -- but there are a few that mention how it’s “electroplated” and one that refers to it as perhaps part of a “Cruiser Team”.
In the new link, the picture caption reads “lemme help the elder [fellow enthusiast?] by supplementing a bit. New product, figure 1 ...” Comments include “The Cruise Team is beginning to rely on numbers to overpower Cobra” and “I wanna buy it too!”, but the one of the users with the hot babe avatar was the most insightful:
“This is the Cobra H.I.S.S. captured by the Cruiser Team. It appears the matching colors are of the standard Cruiser Team. This is also the incredible "Special Forces" H.I.S.S. propagated around last year.
