Nightforce Shockwave and Resolute Gung-Ho are going to be must buys for me.

But an added bonus is all the cool gear these figures come with. In a line that's been backpack-light, all of these figures come with backpacks, which is cool. And most come with extra weaponry. Even cooler.

I have to ask myself, am I happier owning a v1 accurate Shockwave but had to settle for the wierd ass Destro he came with, or would I be happier owning a Night Force-ish Shockwave with a cool blue Night Creeper?

Yeah. I'm glad I skipped the Destro/Shockwave pack. I didn't really like the baby blue uniform anyhow, and I don't have any use for that Destro.

I believe so, which is cool, because I was piecing together one out of fodder, but now I'll let Hasbro do the painting for me.

Yeah, that's Resolute GH. I like the Shockwave, just wish his vest was black or dark gray, it'd be closer to his Night Force uniform.

Hope my wal-mart gets these, because I really want that Resolute Gung Ho. I think Copperhead'll work well for updating one of my older customs, too.

One Wal-Mart in my area doesn't even seem to want to get any restock of any G.I.Joe. They've had a section set with nothing in it for 2 months now. The others are slow to get any restock now that Christmas is over. I'll look for these but I don't expect much.

Very few things have truly been hard to find at either Wal-Mart or Target. I'm including Star Wars and Transformers as well as Joe. While it's true W-M has lately been pretty empty as far as Joe stuff goes, I think any of the movie-packaged items will be fairly easy to get.

I dunno. Last couple of years, Wal Mart exclusive Star Wars stuff has been EXTREMELY easy to find. I wouldn't be suprised to see a giant thing in the middle of the aisle filled with these packs, like those damn Wolverine figures, and the pegs and pegs of the exclusive SW comic packs

Their shipping on exclusives is so awful though. The majority of the stores around here never got the most recent SW Comic Pack (or the Droid Factory sets) and others had tons once, but never restocked. And don't get me started on the mess that was the ML Ares wave. Still, I'm not too worried about getting these. There probably will be a pallet drop display like Wal-Mart usually gets for movie related toys and there isn't much of a Joe collector base here.

I will be getting all of these. The fact that I work at Wal Mart makes me want them even more!

A few things I'd change with a bit of paint, but for some exclusive repaints they aren't bad figures. Sort of expected the price since Wal-mart keeps pushing up the price of toys, but hey at least it seems like a good bit of gear packed in with out a bunch of spring loaded weapons.

Provided the Wal-marts of this year ever restock their shelves. All I get to see lately are empty pegs for most of the action figure lines as none of the stores seem willing to order more than just section of summer movie toys any more.
