Based on my experience of bringing fresh burgers to last year's picnic, I don't believe BK or Wendy's serves lunch (i.e., burgers) until 10:30 AM (maybe Wendy's opens at 10 AM, not sure). That's the main reason why I didn't show up at Kirby Park until around 11:15 AM last year.

Just giving you a heads up.

If you're bringing burgers, then I can bring soda (a mixture of diet and regular).

A good and valid point. I will dilvulge more details of my master plan :). I planned on sending the wife on a victuals run at about 11ish :). It will give her a small reprive and let her see if there is anything she might want to check out in the area later that evening. I will try and also bring some munchkins for the early arrivals....no promises there (it is a long drive :) ).

There's also two Dunkin Donuts within 5 minutes of the place, so if you eat them all on the way up, you could always stop for more. ;-)

To centralize the attendance list that Apac started, I'll maintain a list of confirmed attendees in this post, which I will update as people confirm their attendance. All attendees that have not confirmed their attendance will be listed with a question mark. After a "questionable" attendee provides confirmation, I will remove the question mark. Anyone currently not on the list that confirms their attendance will be added to the list below.

ADDENDUM: I will also use this list to track attendees' potluck contributions to the picnic, which I will update as attendees post their contributions.

Current Attendees:
Apacolypse (+ Son) - Brownies
Millsy (+ Rob) - Pork Chop Sammiches
PoetFlint - Chips + Pretzels + Dorritos
Blitzkrieg - Soda (Regular and Diet) in Cans + Burgers + Plates
Chuckles - Party (Lunch Meat) Tray
DarkWynter (+ Wife + SilverWynter + Diaper Viper) - Burgers + Munchkins (?)
MacGyver - Soda in Bottles + Cups + Pretzels + BBQ Potato Chips
Ronin
Aegis (+ Wife + Little Aegises)
Toplessjeep - Gatorade + Water
Dagger
TheWyseOne (?)

A separate list of confirmed Tri-State Viper attendees is being maintained on their Web site. Currently, the number of Tri-State Vipers attending is approximately six.

I plan on attending, me, the wife and the little Aegises (sp).

We have been making gradual plans as the days pass by. So we arent left to be doing last minute plan making.

Exactly.

Rob will be there this year. He took the day off as soon as I confirmed all the plans.

For clarification, when you say "trade fodder", are you looking for complete or MIP figures/vehicles, or are you looking for spare body/vehicle parts for customs, or both?

I can share your interests with the Vipers based on your answer.

Hey guys. My grandfather passed away last night and I might not be available for a couple days. Don't want to derail the thread with my problems, so I started a new one. ;-) If anyone needs me, Shane(Apac) knows how to reach me. Thanks. Rick

No problem. Thanks for letting us know in advance that you will be unable to attend. I've removed your name from the Current Attendee list.

Due to the passing of his grandfather, Millsy may not be available for the next few days. Would it be acceptable if Apacolypse (Shane) provided his mailing address to you? Or would you prefer to wait for Millsy to contact you?

Thanks in advance for your surprise contribution. :)

Is Millsy still attending? If he is, then I can wait. ;-)

Based on my interpretation of his post, yes, he is still attending the picnic. Actually, his attendance is pretty critical to the picnic, since he is the one who secured the hall for us in which the picnic will take place.
