I was wondering if anyone has seen this vehicle here is the US. Maybe at TRU or Big Lots? It's the Power Team Elite World Peace Keeper IFV.

I'm needing one for a custom and it would be perfectly suited for mine needs. Any information would be great. Thanks.

Ah these are the new PTE vehicles.
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=12819

So far they are only out in Europe, Australia, & New Zealand.
Big Lots is now the only source for them. I believe they will stock these in August at the same time they gear up for Xmas.

I'm so looking forward to these. I just hope more places other than Big Lots carry them. The closest one to me is 50 miles away and its a pit.

*sigh* No more finding these at Kay Bee. A shame, as this vehicle does look pretty nice (much as the other PTE offerings).

I wonder if JCPenny will carry these. They did carry the boat set.

That's not all that's new with PTE/World Peacekeepers, though.

The places that have this new LAV also appear to have an "Aerial Rocket Helicopter", a new tank, a "Cycle Scout" that reminds me of the Corps! dirtbike and an SU27 jet.

Up here, Hart will probably stock up on some for the holidays, otherwise I have my doubts... last time I saw PTE stuff up here it was in repackaged TRU "Elite Operations" boxes, and they decided to can that in favor of lower quality items (probably so TRU's profit margin on selling the stuff can be higher).

I've been buying a lot of these new PTE vehicles from a UK company.

Shipping is not too bad and their turnaround time for shipping is excellent. Pricing is in GBP. But they always email me to confirm pricing before shipping.

They have some other PTE items as well that everyone is pretty familiar with.

They appear to still have all these new Chinese vehicles in stock.

Hope this helps.

It's too bad that these aren't stocked on a normal bases like at Wal-mart, Target, and others. I guess Big Lots is the place to be and I hope I can find them when they hit. This complany is much like Chap Mei, in that there products are hard to find until the holidays. I know there are Chap Mei items I would like to find too.

Im "assuming" that because these are mostly chinese or Communist country military vehicles might be the reason why these weren't distributed in the US off the bat. They may have not wanted these marketed as "enemy" vehicles.

...either that or they ARE being repackaged as "enemy" vehicles.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised there. There seems to be a giant hate-on for China in the United States of late.
Hell, they're even replacing the Soviets as the villains in that horrible, unneeded remake of Red Dawn.... :-/

But regardless of WHERE they originated, those vehicles still look cool and I wouldn't be opposed to my Joe team and my Cobras using some of them.

And I wonder... if these are vehicles used in the People's Republic Of China, would that mean the included figures have asian head sculpts? That'd be nice, there aren't that many asian male heads in 3 3/4" scale.
