After a long "hiatus" :shifty: GeneralsJoes has kicked off the reviews section again with reviews of The GIJCC Exclusive Undertow and the Pennsylvania JoeCustoms Get Together exclusive figures Methane and Auger!

But this is just the tip of the iceberg... GeneralsJoes is going through a small backlog and will begin posting "Flashback" reviews shortly of some of the tail-ender items that we missed in the Anniversary line, and starting this summer, once the movie line hits, things will be full steam ahead.

Thanks to everyone for their patience during this lull!

Justin

Glad you're doing reviews again, Justin. :-)

The Undertow is a cool looking fig, but the Penn figs are cool cause they're created by fans for fans.

Their called SOLICITATIONS!!! Oh wait, sorry, wrong section of your site ;)

Glad to see you've found time to get some reviews done and posted. That's the one thing I've missed about your site. You've done a great job with the news but what initially drew me to Generals Joes was your reviews. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the last of the 25th line (for now) and on what's coming down the pike.

Glad to see reviews. I ordered the Undertow based on this review. Looks like a must-have.

That is good news. The reviews are very helpful to international people who can't see the items in stores, and have to decide if they want to buy them from pictures on the internet. You give a lot more detail than anyone else does, about the figures and their accessories. Back several years ago, your review of the Sand Viper version 2 helped me decide that I needed a bunch of them.

I really missed your reviews, Justin. Whenever I make a purchase, I usually ask myself "What did General Hawk think of this?" Glad to see them again.

Thank Gawd you are back to doing reviews. Nothing against Phillip at Yo Joe but I like your reviews better as they cover not only the look of the figures but the construction as well.

Great review.
Methane is a great figure from crap parts. And hang on to those TNT sticks as they will be the "Heavy Metal microphone" of these exclusives.

Have you guys changed webhosts, recently? I can't load generalsjoes.com, and all my traceroutes end at my modem.

No, there was some funky permission issues yesterday, but I got them resolved quickly, and things have been fine since then...I've got the site open right now without any troubles.

Weird. Is there a specific error?

Justin

Nice Resolute Destro review.

I was getting the typical generic could not connect page Firefox pops up with. Given that my trace routes were ending at my modem, I suspect something flaky going on with my ISP's DNS servers. It seems to be working, now.
