First off -- thank you for continuing the polls! Regardless of the figure styles in more recent years (although 1997 was still traditional-style), there's plenty of impressive vehicles that worked well with any 3-3/4" G.I.Joe figures.

On this one -- had to go with the A-10 Thunderbolt. Recoloring the Rattler in "military green" and assigning it to the good guys was a genius move in my opinion. Okay, the Rattler can do some things that no real-life A-10 in the world can do (The VTOL feature probably being the most prominent), but it's still great, and CALLING it an A-10 -- well, given that this is the primary plane of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, I had to go with it. Small bit of local pride on my part. :-D

for the same reasons Gtrekker stated, I went with the thunderbolt.

for some reason the Rattler just seems more natural in its original designed American colors

For a year with such bad figure re-releases, the vehicles from this year are surprisingly strong.

A-10 Thunderbolt - Easily the winner of this round, though I must admit the purist in me has a hard time calling this an "A-10 Thunderbolt". I submit that this is the only cool repaint of the Rattler.

Slugger - I'm surprised how few of these I see around, yet I always end up finding the machine gun from this vehicle in parts piles when I'm trying to find the original green one. I'd actually kind of like to have one of these, if I could find one.

Silver Mirage - I like the green parts replaced by black, but it looks so pitiful drowning in paper stickers.

Night Landing S.E.A.L. Raft - This one is actually better than the original Night Landing, and also comes with a better version of Torpedo to boot.
