Chuckles is good. Although if it night ops maybe you should have dyed the jersey darker. But I really like the overall look of the figure.
Overlord is pretty snazzy. I'm not crazy about how that head fits the torso. He looks like his neck is missing.
If you fixed the twins heads where the paint has faded they would be perfect.
I think Raptor chad-matted you on Stalker as Red Spot. At least tat is who I got the idea from. You changed up the parts on yours enough to be different though. I think brown or black gloves would have looked cooler on him. I dig your parts choices for him.
Toxic Zartan is probably the one Sigma 6 figure I would have picked up if I could get over my hate for them. It was so zany it was cool. I think you nailed him. I like the use of the hologram CC hands. He needs that wicked cross bow though.
Starbrigade Mindbinder, cod piece gun for the win! I can't believe you chopped up a Payload for this. Sand off Buzzers remaining tatto and you have a winner. I don't even know what to say about the bike. There is so much going on with it.
Overlord's neck has already been fixed. It always looked ok until I stood him up, and the head just dropped down a little. So I just glued a bit of craft foam onto the bottom of the neck ball and it stays up good now.
I would have been suprised if no one had used that figure as Red Spot prior to this, so... I'm not too worried about that. It was jus a fun sort of thing to try, and I like how he came out. Made me sort of want to try and fix up some of the other of the worst VvV guys.
As to the bike... is it TOO much going on with it? I can't decide if it is or not. I sort of feel like the rig on the front, the Hi-Tech thing could go and stream line the whole thing a bit more.

They're all pretty cool, but I have to comment on two in particular:
Zartan - holy crap
that thing is awesome. The way you "toxified" his arms and have the transition painted is pure genius. I may have to try something like that with my 25A version. The whole thing looks super-clean paint-wise and just screams win
StarBender is another winner, although sans gear, he looks a little off. Once he suits up, though - he's frickin' amazing. Which begs the question: do his nipples get hard in the cold vacuum of space? The Green Machine is a great addition - does the Cobra-head cannon actually shoot? So many little details on this thing - really puts it over the top.
Awesome stuff, Sputters!
Thanks man! Ya know, the cannon does NOT actually shoot, and it kills me that I never even though to try that.

I like everything about Redspot....except that you didn't use his Head or Helmet...and your gear choice dosn't make him look much like a laser trooper either. I'm seeing definite improvement in your Hand/arm swaps.
I like where you're going with Star Brigade Mindbender...I just don't want to see you go too far with him. The Cod-piece Gun is awesome...Even better if you can disguise it as his normal cod-piece. I would ditch the Tri-chainsaw unless it's got an explaination...
Also I think you can do without the Upper set of Heavy Water hoses...It's kinda distracting, unless it's there to hide flaws in the connection between the Payload torso parts and bubble helmet. I take it you made the Helmet and Torso Parts all part of the same helmet rig?...
Not sure exactly what it is about the arms I don't like...Are they Funskool Buzzer? with Mirage hands?
Only changes I'd make on the bike are to move the Slash ribbons to the ends of the Handle Bars...and maybe give him one of those Lame-O bike Flags.
I have to ask if it's more than just coincidence that Starbender looks so much like Dr. Evil McGuffin
Meh. Red Spot's head was so tiny, I just wanted to go a different direction, and his helmet, well, pretty much the same deal. And he doesn't look like a laser trooper cuz there's no such thing
After consulting with my military advisor, I wanted to go with the idea that he is the guy who points the laser for the laser guided missles, but that's basically just any special forces type guy, so that's more the path I took.
The helmet is indeed glued to the Payload torso bits, since they were not made to snap together, and I could get them to work as one piece. The extra hose was just to add flair, so I could look at ditching it. Maybe.
The only purpose for the tri-chainsaw thing is because it's just so weird and impossible, I thought that it just HAD to go with this guy.
Thanks for the comments everyone. Looks like the consensus i that Chuckles needs a darker shirt and I can do that. I'll see what I can do with the twins' head paint.
