Nope, no cigar. But you can see from the way the mouth was sculpted that he was either supposed to come with one or the designer/sculptor had customizers in mind when the figure was made.

That part. They mentioned it in one of their Q&A's.

Does the Jet pack come off? I really like the look of the figure but can do with the Jetpack on him constantly.

Was more of a joke question, but that is neat, anyone 1/18th cigars?

The figure looks neat and wouldn't mind having one. Hmmmmm decisions.

Partly. The straps can be... uhm... "unbuttoned" from the top, but they seem to be glued in at the bottom. The belt & holster are a single piece even if you manage to unbutton and detach the straps, you'll have trouble pulling the straps down the waist.

I made custom cigars for a bunch of my various figures (ML Fury, J.Jonah Jameson, etc) by ripping a bit of a brown paper bag apart, twisting a bit the right length into a rough cylinder and super gluing one end. Works great.

Not sure about the first part of your question, but in answer to your second inquiry, [Edited by a Nazi Mod drunk with power]

On the page, after signing up, there was a link to the form. I just clicked on it, and when it came up, I printed it out.

And about 3-4 weeks later....

And YES, his jetpack is removable!

It was a good day for mail yesterday! :-D
And interestingly, Fury came with all of the standard Fury File stuff, including a little square piece of paper with a code on it. I haven't tried it on the website yet.

I've been working on a pretty big project lately, and I also got some supplies in the mail yesterday that I needed for it, so I didn't have time to get a cigar in Fury's mouth yet. I'll have to work on the cigar tonight. Also need to paint his grey/white temple hair better.

CIGAR!

I used part of an Indiana Jones whip to make it. I cut off the very tip of the whip all the way to the knot on the end, and then just took a small section from the remaining part of the whip. It fit right in his lips. I didn't even need to glue it, but I did so I wouldn't knock it out and lose it. Still need to paint some "ash" on the tip, but atleast now his mouth doesn't look like he had a stroke.
