Awesome work. So much creativity. It's like LXG on crack. Can't wait to see more.

And actually, new Zartan is already on the workbench as a "third-resurrection's a charm" Imhotep -- thanks for ruining the surprise ;-)

Haha, sorry about that. I've had that Arnold Vosloo head staring at me for a week now so I guess Imhotep has been on my mind. Great job with him, btw.

Fan-freaking-tastic. The entire scope of the project, the fact that they all flow together so nicely and that you have used so many toy lines is awesome. Truly a project to be proud of and display with pride.

Where's Brock Samson? This team needs a muscle man like Brock around. Definitely an occasional guest star though.

Love the team. Adding Dr. Alan Grant was pretty ingenious of you. He's a great fit.

Very nice, Chief.

The figures are great, nateurally, but I LOVE the vehicle customs. And the way you've woven all of these characters together could just be loads of fun.

I <3 Chief

 x infinity (I'd use the proper amount of emotes = to the awesomeness, but it would cause the page to slow waaaaaaaay down)

Damn, Chief, damn...nice work on everything. You got talent.

I am in awe.

Not a huge fan of bringing other fictional characters into GI Joe but that's a personal preference. Nice work on all of the figures. But I really love the vehicles. I love the ROCC in yellow. I use it for the Adventure Team transport as well but thought the yellow would look horrendous but I'm wrong. The Liitle Bird looks great too. I've added a Hummer to my Adventure Team's fleet for extra personnel transportation and it gives them another land vehicle with better maneuverability. I think the Desert (or Jungle) Strike Hummer with the back canopy would look sweet in AT yellow.

Great stuff from top to bottom Dan. I'm really glad to see this project see the light of day, and with all sorts of new surprises as well. Every time you set out to re-do one of your existing customs, you end up with something shockingly better than before. I put Lara C. in that mix. The core team though is all very well thought out, and very well put together. Yeah, the vehicles really amp this up to be sure, but I'm more of a character guy, and I think that is where this really shines.

That you set this all up already with your previous set of pulp era customs, and that you have those awesome playsets already in place really made this a must-do project. The Egyptian tomb set especially looks like a freaking movie set here, and is really inspired. Once you added Imhotep, I was like 'no way' dude. Outstanding.

As for updating Doc to the current era, I think it's brilliant :shifty: Honestly, he's cut from the same mold as virtually every hero that followed him, and nobody complains when Batman gets set in the modern era as opposed to being a 40s era detective. So it was clearly time, and it's time that somebody in hollywood get that same message and tell his story right (no offense intended to Ron Ely).

These are all very nice. My fav is the AT ROCC. I wanted to do this, but didn't want to take on the project. I am so glad that you did. It is awesome on so many levels.

Chief, Chief, Chief........What can i say but have really out done yourself this time. What else can be said, you nailed it all the way around. I think most of us could have such cool back drop and sets... I mean it looks like a comercial for a really cool playset. I'm paying off my credit card right noe so I can max it out to buy one.

I love them all and want them all, I start the bidding at 2 gold pieces and 3 peices of eight. ARRRRG!

Fantastic job man.
