Voted for Sonya. A new female and unlike the rest (sans Kang and single pack Cage) she wasn't limited by the ninja action.

I like two-pack Cage and Kano because silver is my favorite color

I went with Smoke. All of the ninja designs were cool, but his is closest in color to real ninjas.

Since the movie editions of Scorpion and Sub Zero were excluded, I went with Reptile for the following reasons:

- Love that ninja mold.

- He comes with the best vehicle.

- He has the best fight scene in the movie.

Rayden - Ok looking figure, but suffered from the Ninja action limitation, lack of a backpack hole, and Giraffe neck

Sonya Blade - Great figure,.. if they would have taken the time to give her a different uniform rather than utilizing the Jinx mold, it would have been even better, Like Lady Jaye Legs, Jinx torso, and Scarlett arms. but great because she was the ONLY figure with full motion and Joe weapons integration.

Smoke Great looking figure, one of my favorites, but again, the lack of a backpack hole, and the ninja move limitation takes points away.

Goro This would have been my number one, if it wasn't for the t-crotch. If Goro had a O ring, he would have been PERFECT!!!

Johnny Cage - I don't know if it was just me, but his chest was WAY too big.

Johnny Cage 2-pack edtion - Those ninja weapons and the white gloves were just too much.

Kano - another one that had potential, the ninja moves ruined the figure..... that and those knee pads.

Liu Kang also suffered from barrel chest, and ninja movement...

Reptile probably my number 3. could ahve been tons better if the facemask was more... reptil-ey. but otherwise ok. But suffered from the same issues form the rest of the line.

Shang Tsung - great headsculpt, but the body was lacking

Shang Tsung (Dragon Wing driver) - same problem with the carded version.

Scorpion - suffered from the same issues witht he others, but the movie version made up for it.

Sub-Zero - same as Scorpion, the movie version was much better (with the clear "ice' mold).

Single pack Cage & Kang didn't have any ninja spring action. They were normal like Sonya. Those Road Pig chests too big...yes and Cage was also too tall using the Sagat legs

Two-pack Cage had silver gloves...silver! Silver is cool! :-P ;-)

Goro. It's Goro. Duh.

If it weren't excluding movie edition figures, I would have gone with Sub Zero, which is still one of my favorite toys.

I went with Kano, because I think the headsculpt is really outstanding, and the overall figure is excellent.

However, this one was a tough call for me. Sonya's cool, and makes for a new female figure. I like the ninjas, and Goro's pretty danged impressive, as well.

Oddly enough, to me, the least impressive figures in the line are the core characters of Johnny Cage and Liu Kang.

Reptile!! Decent ninja looking guy in decent colors. Most of the other figs don't really fit in with regular Joes.

On side note, I liked Johnny Cage's headsculpt with the cool shades and used it as a custom for myself. Back when I still had hair... :mindbender:

Gotta be Sonya Blade since I was able to snag about 20 of her. Didn't release I be a customizer (well, a LBCer and WIPer mostly) down the line...

Kano, because he has this flawless look. ;-)
I like the MK figs better than the SFII figs, the MK figs have better headsculpts.

Sonya Blade wins!
No new poll for this week, because I'll be gone for a week.

Sonya Blade. Purely for the head sculpt. The only ARAH style female that Hasbro didn't manage to make look like a man.

My overall favorite was the movie Subzero (it was a pain tracking him down), but since this is just the regular figures I went with Smoke.

This reminds me, I'll have to add some custom MK figs to my "to do" list.
