I saw Indian in the cupboard on tv the other day and I saw a Star Brigade sleeping bag and I know the Hammerhead ad is in Look who's talking 2 but I was wondering what other movies had joe stuff in them.

Flight of the Navigator (NASA gives the time dispalced kid toys to play with. I believe a Devilfish is seen clearly)
The Boy Who Could Fly (I believe that's the one with the Joe funeral scene)
Big Business has a scene in FAO Schwarz that takes place in front of a wall display of Joe vehicles.

Toys had some Joe vehicles shown, in the box, at some point (it's been a while).

Didn't the low-budget slasher Uncle Sam feature some Joe toys, that end up being set on fire by the film's end?

I distinctly remember an episode of Webster where he and a friend go to some kind of psychological research study and have a table full of toys to play with, and I'm 99% sure there were a couple of Rattlers and a Skystriker, among other things. I'm pretty sure some Joe stuff showed up in other episodes of that series, too.

This is from Joe Toon Archive. It's a bunch of pictures of Joe in other movies and TV shows.

There was that show on Nick Toons that used a Shripwreck figure as "Stinky Diver".

According to the pictures linked earlier, that film has a whole bunch of 90s Joes including some from Street Fighter.

Not really an appearance of Joes per se, but in the 3rd (I think) season of Venture Brothers, during a flashback, The OSI and Sphinx (Sphinx!) are introduced with a scene similar to the opening of G.I.*JOE with a similar sounding theam song.
In fact, one the fine posters on this site has an avatar featuring Brock, Hunter and the is-he-gay-or-not-sailor character standing next to one another mere moments after the Joe-esque theme song finishes.

On Frisky Dingo, Xander wants to license "Awesome X" dolls, but his advisor tells him the doll won seel becuae there is no bad guy because "What is G.I.*JOE without Cobra?"
