The current RoC line has the F2000 rifle has been given as accesories to the majority of the Joe figure line.

But the current GIJoe Hawk figure from the Pit has the same style of rifle, but a different design.

I just wished Hasbro used the 2nd mold as a standard for the Joe figs.
How about you guys?

How well can most of the figures hold that second weapon? Looks like it might be more difficult with that type of stock.

Yeah, they just can't hold it as well.

Which is probably why they changed it for the single-carded figures. Judging by everything else in the PIT, earlier designs and toolings were used because it took longer to develop. The nanomite launcher and warheads connect differently, the machine gun from Heavy Duty has a different handle and barrel, and the F2000 has a different handle.

So no, Miragearmor, I don't wish the other Joes in the line had come with the PIT's F2000. I want my Joes to be able to hold their guns well.

Oh well,

The 2nd rifle looked cooler, I suppose it wasn't practical.

What would have been cooler is if they had all come with modular M-4s like the VvV Duke.

Are you sure it's for RoC Deep Six? I don't own the figure, but does it have that accessory?

Deep-Six only had the same accessories as Torpedo, so the pistol, knife and harpoon gun. No F2000.

Maybe he meant Shipwreck's?

I wouldn't mind knowing what that odd tube on top of it is. Anyone know?

My guess was some kind of harpoon attachment. No idea if that is real.

I've seen harpoon guns, but never something like what Shippy has.

The 25th and alot of ROC don't do well with the bullpup rifles.

Sgt. Stone holds his F2000 damn well, if you ask me. It varies with others.

If you look closely, Sgt Stone has a different FN2000. It's the same basic shape as the other carded figures but the details are slightly different.

So now we have four versions of the FN2000:

  • Regular (came with most carded figures)
  • Sgt Stone's (slight detail variant)
  • Shipwreck's (Harpoon launcher variant as mentioned on the filecard)
  • Hawk's (accurate but not-so-holdable handle)

Not being able to hold the bullpup rifles has been my biggest complaint with the line. almost none of the figues can hold them properly. The TAVOR? Nope. The FN-2000? No. The Styr? No. It seems like they've made all of the guns just a big too big. Real shame because they're neat weapons.
