"Elliot Salem and Tyson Rios, two members of the Security and Strategy Corporation, are the best at what they do. Most mercenaries would run from the things they've seen but mission after mission these two battle it out in the thick of combat. Both are skilled mercs and proficient in ranged and melee forms of combat making them a lethal team. While it isn't Joe protocol to hire mercenaries to fight against Cobra, an unknown benefactor has contacted the SSC in behalf of us. Here's hoping Destro doesn't pay better!"

First off let me give a big shout out to Dave at Tri-Gate Creations for the headsculpts, they're probably the most detailed I've ever seen! The base bodies for the figures were both RoTC Sgt Flash with either Pit Commando right legs, Heavy Duty or Accel Suit upper left legs, and Halo armor parts added to the left sides. The front body armor/collars either came from Flash and parts of the comic 2-pack Beachhead or fodder. The feet were taken from the Neo Vipers and other Joes to match.

When it came to the paint jobs I really had my work cut out for me and went all out, even detailing the masks as accurately as I could from the screenshots. Rios and Salem are now ready to battle the Joes in 1:18 scale!

"Cobra and Dr Wily were at it again, this time strip mining sections of the world with their massive machines in search for some element called "Bassnium". Our mission was straight out of the play books. We go in, disrupt their operation, and gain intel for our next strike. Minutes into the mission however we were attacked by an unbelievably powerful Reploid calling himself Bass. As it turns out he was leading the operation all along, collecting the new element to power himself and upgrade to the deadliest Reploid ever created. Now we have a new threat to deal with!"

A fan request many times over, Bass was created to fit into my GI Joe 'Alterverse' line with the rest of my Megaman characters. He was created from a RoC Snake Eyes body, lower arms and legs of a Black Ox Revoltech, head from an old Megaman Bandi figure with ears made from a Storm Shadow 2-pack's shoulder armor, and the cape from a VvV figure. His removable Megabuster came from a cannon-arms Astroboy and the chest/forehead piece was sculpted from Aves studios Apoxie Sculpt.

The paint on the Army of Two guys is just incredible. I just can't put into words how awestruck I am by them.

Every one of your Megaman figures should sport a cartoony head like that.

Awesome work.

Given the need for mercenaries in the GIJOE universe, I've wanted to include both of these guys.

I can't even do customs of them now because you filled that niche superbly. Incredible detail and incredible work.

Absolute perfection...

Ultimately AWESOME, the paint apps is outta here, excellent choices for customs Jin, keep them a rockin.

On a side note isn't there supposed to be a " T.W.O." painted on their chest ?

The Army of Two figures are incredible. Gonna have to hit Tri-gate up for those heads.
Bass is pretty sweet too in his own right.

The paint work is phenomenal. I can't even go into how good the parts are because you've disguised them and modified them so much they just blend into beautifully crafted pieces. You've done some great work before but these guys stepped right out of the game.

Thanks for the critiques! I used the body armor/look from the new game, the 40th Day where they're more heavily armored, there wasn't the TWO logos on their chests anymore like the NECA 7" figures have. Ahh! The bling-guns! I'll have to make some, good looking out. TriGate also has the armored body as well with the pouches in the front. However you'll need to do some modding if you want the two different heights/body sizes.
