Is the Unimax rep still lurking around?
I would like to know more about this new line. Of course I'm only interested in the 1/18th scale stuff. :-D

Sweet. I have a firefighter buddy who'll love those firefighter figures.

Those firefighters would make great bomb disposal guys as well.

Amazing how much cooler these are than the Fearless Forces line. The realistic look makes all the difference in the world. Of course, pics of the Ages of Action figs look equally sweet, but I've yet to see one of those in person. Hopefully these make their way to target, and at the same price point of Fearless Forces.

And don't get me wrong - I've bought many of the FF figs already. Made very well, and nice head sculpts. They don't translate tremendously well to the 25th style for customs, but the firefighters here would not have to. And at least the FF figures are a good height in comparison to 25th Joes, and might not have to be modded to fit in.

Maybe its the angle, but the firefighters all look like pinheads. I know their clothing is bulky but its like they doubled up their coat and pants.

Those Fire Fighter figures would look spot on if they had SCBA and Nomex hoods.

At leadt now I have someone who can hold all the pike poles and Halligan bars I have been collecting... Now if someone would only make good axes...

St eve - Smells a self custom coming on:)

The heads are reused from the Forces of Valor line.

Its great to see some new SWAT figures, but boo for still using the T-crotches. I hope these show up at retail. I still wish the historical ones would too.

they're still out there. I bought the fire truck and ambulance from Zombieguide, and picked up the police car and another fire truck from the Lanard warehouse.

As for the figures, I'm all set. I've got 40 or so PTE SWAT figs (from marauder john) and the same amount of PTE and Lanard fireman, so I'm cool .

good looking figures, though...

Not to derail too much, but I got the whole wave of Ages of Action at Smalljoes for like $45. It's a pretty good deal and they are surprisingly cool figures. I was going to use them for fodder but I think I'm at least keeping the two knights as is. Still haven't opened the ninja or samurai. I hope Unimax makes more of these.

These SWAT and Firefighters look pretty nifty too.

TRU's True Heroes also still have Chap Mei firefighter and SWAT vehicles.

Side note, anyone notice the new vehicle/cyborg animal packs from their Fearless Forces line? I wouldn't mind getting that attack boat with that Leviathan-esque sea serpent.
