Wow what a difference a few months makes! What we saw at the Con has really gone out the window. It's the aPOCalypse
MIA:
Desert Battle Ripcord
Arctic Threat Duke
City Strike Scarlett
Elite Ice Viper
Shadow Tracker
Desert Battle Heavy Duty
Jungle Assault Cobra Commander
Jungle Assault Storm Shadow
Training Gear Duke
Armored Panther with Outback
Cycle Armor with Ashiko
HISS Attack Scout with Sand Viper
Sand Snake with Star Viper
Jungle Duke and Zartan have new heads.
I would guess that we'll see Shadow Tracker minus the Neo Viper mask, Arctic Threat Duke with a new head, Training Duke with a new head, and Desert Ripcord with a new head next year. Elite Ice Viper and Desert Battle Heavy Duty are probably gone for good since they're repaints.
Jungle Assault Cobra Commander will probably see release as is, maybe with a new head. Jungle Assault Storm Shadow, and City Strike Scarlett will find their unique parts and gear recycled while the figures themselves are binned.
The 3 Alpha Class vehicles will probably show up as wave 1 2011. Sand Snake is probably doomed
Hopefully we see Star Viper somewhere down the line.
Mail away Cobra Commander as a chase figure SUCKS! I'd better be able to find one for each of my nephews
Sgt. Slaughter SDCC exclusive = WOO-HOO!!! Can't wait for that one!

The bodies used for the HOF figures are much like the GIJCC itself, old, rigid, and unmoveable.
