I’ve received enough staff votes to narrow down the possible dates for our 5th annual meet to the June/July time frame. Therefore, I’ve included every Saturday (except July 3rd for obvious reasons) within these two months in the poll.

Please vote for all dates on which you could attend (i.e., please don't pick only one date, unless you are only available on that one Saturday).

Since we don’t have the option to see on the poll itself which member voted for any particular date, after you've voted in the poll, please post your available dates in this thread. I understand that by posting your availability in this thread, it practically defeats the purpose of a poll setup, but this information is critical in determining the dates that the most number of regular attendees (staff) can participate.

I will keep the poll open for 10 days, so please vote before the poll closes.

I'm good for any of these. I have a bunch of other things I'm juggling, so having a set date is critical to keeping it open.

At this point I voted for them all with the exception of the first 2 weeks in June.

CRAP!!! I am horrible with remembering dates. Wife just reminded me that my niece is getting married on June 19th...both my kids are in the wedding, so that date is definately out for me. Don't know if the poll can be altered to reflect that or not...if not, figure one less vote for the 19th. Sorrry about that.

Well, if you're thinking about going to Wizard World Philly, why not attend this year's JoeCon instead? If the movie toys have hurt your love of G.I. Joe, I think the official convention would revitalize it. DarkWynter and I will be going along with a number of Tri-State Vipers that you met last year, so you wouldn't be going on your own.

weekend of the 5th is out for me too, as I just found out that's when the Mid-Atlantic air museum WWII weekend is being held. me and my dad started a tradition of going down last year and we're looking forward to doing it again.

Voted! Later in July works best for me because it's after portfolio time and the youth trip. I absolutely can't attend if it's July 10, since I'll be in Kentucky with 7000 or so teenagers. If it's in June, I can try to make it work, but I've got a lot of stress from the end of school and last minute trip plans.
