I was going to try to sit on these for a few months and build up another wave of "Infinite Legends" for Custom Con, but I had too much fun with them and have to share.

Jin Saotome's recent alternate history figures were the inspiration I needed to finally get around to doing these two, and the new Iron Man 2 fodder was a great place to start.

Hitler is based on his appearance in Wolfenstein 3D. Iron Man Classic body, Admiral Ozzle head with sculpted features and hair, and the tanks on his back are from Rum Slegg (Star Wars). I plan on giving him his quad-gatlin-cannons.

Lincoln Is a Movie Sabertooth head with sculpted hair and beard, Sabertooth arms and legs, Henry Jones Sr. torso, and Golden Compass coat. His steampunk arm is a bunch of fodder bashed together (with some great Marauder bits in there).

Lincoln is awesome, emancipation through the power of a gatling gun!!! The old Iron Man suit is perfect for MechaHitler. Great job on both but Lincoln is my favorite, only thing he needs is a stove pipe hat.

And I, too, am curious about your backdrop - looks sweet.

I know this is probably the mark of a heretic... but I parted out my Defiant for backdrops parts. Those are the computer consoles from the booster section stacked together.

Shadowsun, what's that picture from!? I didn't know these two had actually gone toe to toe before!

Thanks for the compliments guys, I'll get an updated pic once Hitler gets his guns.

It's from Tales from the Bully Pulpit, the greatest story ever told. In short, a time-travelling Teddy Roosevelt along with his sidekick the ghost of Thomas Edison battle Adolf Hitler's robotic grandson, Jorge Hitler, on Mars in the year 2008.

dude... that is one big giant bag of awesome, there!

I honestly don't know which one is better...

Lincoln totally needs his hat to seal the deal.

Okay, now these are just plain cool.
The idea is great, the execution is perfect.

Great figures!

Woah, this is the best pair of customs I've seen in a while. 8-O Abe is outstanding! The likeness is really good. The parts selection is absolutely perfect!
Great call on the Ozzel head as well! Certainly got the TLC Indy Hitler vibe going there.

That IM is a great base for a Nazi robot. I've had one sitting around for weeks with an awesome Tri-Gate head on, but that's as far as I've got. Like your Hitler, I need to add gun arms or something to make him look less Iron man-ny. I just can't find anything that I like at the moment. :-/ Certainly gives me some ideas!

I went with the plastic cap helmet to match his look in Wolferstein 3D, but there are clone wars figures out with GREAT "bubble" helmets that would probably look good on there as well for a Nazi-Bot. I think Jin used one on his Alt History Hitler.
