I finally got around to casting my custom female trooper parts, and producing them. I will need to change my overcoat (too dull) for future figures, but everything is set and worked out well.

edit: In case anyone was wondering, the whole figure is cast.

Nicely done!

I know that there are a few guys here that do the casting quite snappily, but it always impresses me nonetheless.

I'm always set for another female figure, too.

:-)

First of all, the mods are fan-freaking-tastic. The new torso and head work really well. My only critique is the painting on the face becue the eyes look un-level. How did you paint the face and eyes? Also is the skin tone a custom mix or an off the shelf color?

Over-all though this is a really good figure with some awesome modding.

I don't really do ARAH anymore, but these are pretty great. Kudos on making them look like something that would actually mesh with other Cobra troopers instead of going the Night Stalkers 'kevlar corsets' way.

I used Citadel's Dwarf Flesh for the skin tone. Didn't even notice the uneven eyes until I was uploading the pics. I just suck at painting eyes is all. You would think after years of painting Warhammer models I would be able to paint eyes on bigger figures. :-| The eyes are even on the figure itself (I don't sculpt the eyes). The heads are cast in black, so the face and helmet need to be painted.

I love the Night Stalker's uniforms, but yeah they don't work at all as basic troopers.

A nice casting job, but the eyes are a bit off. Looks like she has a lazy eye.

I forgot to mention, the whole figure is cast not just the new parts.

Since I cast my Female Trooper, this figure was inevitable, since I did the male counterpart a while ago

I actually like the sniper version better than the blueshirt version. And that logo looks factory...is it a waterslide decal?

It's a chest symbol from cobrastickers.com.
